Q. Why do I need to register?

A. Once you have registered we are able to offer a more personalised service to help you find the product you need faster, you only need to register once. Registration to the site will also reduce the amount of information you need to fill in the second time you place an order.

Q. Are all your products fresh and genuine?

A. Definitely, 100%. We never sell anything other than genuine brand items on our website.

Our products are sourced from around the world, so a small number of the products sold on our website may look slightly different from what you have at home, but the products are still 100% genuine and produced by the original manufacturer for that particular brand. For example, a product sold in the US may differ in appearance from the same product sold in France or Japan, but the product is still genuine.

Freshness is also 100% guaranteed as we keep all our stock in a temperature controlled environment prior to shipping and subject to regular quality control checks.

Q. Do you have a catalogue?

A. No, but everything available is listed on our website with photos and general descriptions. Our website is updated in real-time ensuring everything listed is available for immediate shipment.

Q. Would you be able to find something not listed on your website?

A. Quite possibly. If you have ordered an item before but don't see it listed anymore, it is most likely just sold out. We are normally able to replenish stock within a week so keep checking regularly. If the item you're looking for has not been relisted after a week, please contact us and we can advise when new stock is likely to arrive.

Delivery

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A. Please note that this is only a rough guide. Delivery times will depend on the postal services in your area. All orders are sent within 24 hours of the order being placed.

For the U.K only we offer the following shipping options:

Standard delivery charge is £2.99 on orders under £20 otherwise delivery is FREE for orders over £20.

Q. How can I track my order?

A. Please note no tracking is available for non-registered mail.

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. No. At this point glimmerise.com will deliver to UK customers only.

Q Do you accept returns

A. We regret that we do not ordinarily accept returns unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.This is due to the nature of our products because of hygiene reasons.

We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. We cannot be held responsible for items getting damaged or lost in the post. Proof of postage is always obtained for all items sent out. In the event of your items being lost in transistion than this can be forwarded to you , to enable you to claim your refund directly from Royal Mail.
